State Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Walmart Larceny Suspect in Watertown
WATERTOWN, NYÂ – New York State Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a theft at the Walmart location on State Route 3 in Watertown.

The larceny occurred on Friday, June 14, 2025, at 5:13 p.m., when an unidentified male allegedly stole $80 in cash* from a self-checkout station at the retail store.
Surveillance footage captured the suspect, described as a male wearing a white baseball cap and dark clothing, pushing a shopping cart through the store. The individual was also seen leaving the premises in what appears to be a white sedan.
Suspect Description
Based on security camera images, the suspect is a male who was wearing:
- White baseball cap
- Dark-colored shirt
- Light-colored pants
The suspect’s vehicle appears to be a white four-door sedan.
