Spraker Man Charged with Forcible Touching, Sexual Misconduct, and Aggravated Harassment in Guilderland
On June 23, 2025, during ongoing investigations in northern New York, State Police in Latham arrested Donald Mount, 59, of Spraker, NY, on charges related to forcible touching, sexual misconduct, and aggravated harassment. The investigation was spurred by a complaint received on June 13, 2025, which detailed multiple instances stretching from the winter of 2021 to June 2025 in Guilderland, NY.
The allegations against Mount include unwanted, non‑consensual physical contact that has been classified legally as forcible touching, accompanied by behaviors that qualify as sexual misconduct. In addition, Mount is accused of engaging in aggravated harassment by making unwanted and repeated calls and text messages to at least one victim. Processing for this case was completed at SP Princetown, with Mount being issued an appearance ticket rather than being detained. His court appearance is scheduled at the Guilderland Town Court on July 10, 2025.
Given the seriousness of the charges—which are all classified as Class A misdemeanors in New York, carrying potential penalties of up to a year in jail, probation, and fines—this case remains under close scrutiny by law enforcement and the court.
