NYSPHADA Hosts 34th Annual Spring Conference at Turning Stone Resort Casino
Verona, NY — The New York State Public Housing Authority Directors Association (NYSPHADA) is proud to host its 34th Annual Spring Conference from June 16–18, 2025, at the Turning Stone Resort Casino. This year’s event brings together housing authority leaders, commissioners, and industry partners from across New York State for three days of education, networking, and advocacy.
The conference features over 40 exhibitors and sponsors, including NYSERDA, Sustainable Comfort, and Spectrum, offering attendees valuable resources and innovations in public and affordable housing. The agenda includes expert-led sessions on cybersecurity, RAD conversions, governance, insurance trends, workforce development, and HOTMA compliance.
