New York State Police Seek Public’s Help in Locating Two Missing Cassadaga Teens
CASSADAGA, NY – The New York State Police are urgently seeking public assistance in the search for two teenagers who were reported missing from the village of Cassadaga in Chautauqua County. The investigation was launched after 16-year-old Liliana Payne and 15-year-old Luna Farmer disappeared in the early morning hours of Thursday, June 19, 2025
Troopers from the State Police barracks in Fredonia are leading the investigation. According to the official alert, both girls were last seen in the village of Cassadaga at approximately 2:00 A.M. The disappearances have sent a wave of concern through the small, tight-knit lakeside community of roughly 600 residents.
Authorities have released photographs of both Liliana Payne and Luna Farmer. The image of Luna Farmer shows her wearing glasses, which has been noted as a key identifier.
