Police Respond to Domestic Dispute and Arrest Suspect in Hannibal, NY

At approximately 1:17 p.m. on May 15, 2025, New York State Police responded to a reported domestic dispute at 44 Carter Road in the town of Hannibal, Oswego County, NY. Upon arrival, troopers encountered 25-year-old Joshua J. Snyder, a resident of Hannibal, who was uncooperative and posed a significant threat.
