Dietra Harvey Appointed National Chairperson of Frontiers International

Frontiers International has announced the appointment of Dietra Harvey as its new National Chairperson at the organization’s annual convention. Founded in 1936, Frontiers International is a nonprofit guided by the principle of “Advancement Through Service,” with chapters in Texas, Philadelphia, Ohio, New Jersey, and New York, as well as in the Bahamas and West Indies.

Harvey currently serves as Board President of the YWCA Mohawk Valley, is a member of the Excellus BlueCross BlueShield Board of Directors, and is the Chief Executive Officer of DDH, Inc. She previously held leadership roles as President of the Utica/Oneida County NAACP, Regional Director of the Mohawk Valley Frontiers, and trainer with the Leadership Institute at Mohawk Valley Community College.

Her civic leadership has earned her recognition, including the Joseph R. Carucci Legacy Award from the Genesis Group and the Board Development and Leadership Award from the YWCA Mohawk Valley.

“I am honored to be entrusted as National Chairperson of Frontiers International,” Harvey said. “Together, we will continue advancing our mission through service and leadership in communities across the nation.”
