The firm welcomes Leanne Mundell as Office Manager and congratulates Melissa Grogan on her promotion from Administrative Assistant to Operations Specialist.
Leanne joins Birch Wealth Management with more than a decade of experience in administrative leadership and organizational management. Most recently, she served as Office Manager at a local nonprofit organization nter in Utica, NY, where she supported executive leadership, managed contracts and compliance processes, and coordinated multiple committees. Leanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Communications from SUNY Oswego and is a Certified Notary Public. Her background in executive support, policy management, and quality assurance in nonprofit and healthcare settings positions contributed meaningfully to Birch Wealth’s growing operations team.
Melissa’s promotion to Operations Specialist reflects her dedication, skill, and deep understanding of Birch Wealth Management’s processes. Since joining the firm as Administrative Assistant, she has played an integral role in client support and operational efficiency. In her new role, Melissa will oversee critical functions that support both client service and internal operations, ensuring seamless coordination across the firm.
