Assemblywoman Buttenschon to Host Small Business Roundtable in Utica This Friday

Local entrepreneurs and business owners invited to share challenges and solutions with state leadership

UTICA, NY – Assemblywoman Marianne Buttenschon (D-119) will host a Small Business Roundtable this Friday, May 30, 2025, bringing together local entrepreneurs, small business owners, and community leaders from across the Mohawk Valley for an important dialogue on the future of small business in the region.

The roundtable, scheduled from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the State Office Building (207 Genesee Street, Utica, Conference Room A&B), will provide a platform for open discussion about the challenges facing small businesses and explore potential solutions through state policy initiatives and local partnerships.

Addressing Small Business Needs

As Chair of the Assembly Small Business Committee and Chair of the Assembly Subcommittee on Export Trade, Assemblywoman Buttenschon has been a long-time advocate for small businesses throughout her tenure. The roundtable represents her ongoing commitment to ensuring local businesses have a direct voice in Albany and improved access to state resources and funding opportunities.
