Connected F3 Block Party Honors Community Resilience & Unity

Rome, NY – Immediate Release – On July 16, 2025, the Connected F3 Block Party will take place at Connected Impact Center, North James Street, Rome, NY, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This Community Remembrance Event is a celebration of the resilience, strength, and unity shown by the community at large following the devastating F3 tornado that struck one year prior on July 16, 2024.

The tornado left a significant impact on the area, but what followed in the days and months after showcased an incredible collective response of compassion and perseverance. This event is an opportunity to commemorate that shared strength, reflect on recovery efforts, and celebrate the community’s achievements together.

The Connected F3 Block Party will feature music and fun family-engaging activities hosted by local community partners, and moments of reflection to honor the area’s progress and unity.

For those interested in supporting the event, organizers are encouraging financial donations to help ensure its success. Contributions can be made through the Venmo account: @ConnectedCommunitySchools. This generosity will aid in creating a memorable and impactful experience for all attendees.

To get involved or learn more, interested parties are encouraged to contact the event organizers directly at 315-272-7498. Whether as a performer, sponsor, vendor, or volunteer, there are countless ways to participate in this community celebration.
