Memorial Day is the day we honor those who have died in war. Many are buried at Arlington National Cemetery, and every year a wreath is laid at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. But so many “known” soldiers remain largely unknown because their stories are neglected, edited, or erased. We will look at 5 of these “unknown” soldiers, honoring their names, their stories, and the impact of their lives.
